Elegantique is committed to providing excellence in customer service as we provide stunningly unique pieces to match your needs. We hope you are pleased with your purchase; however should you wish to return or exchange an item, simply return it within 14 days of receipt of your order. A refund will be issued less shipping fees.
Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. Items that appear to be soiled, worn, laundered or damaged will not be returned due to health regulations - no exceptions. Please wear your own undergarments when trying on lingerie, all sales are final on panties. Lingerie is delicate by nature, therefore we offer no warranty once tags are removed.

Once we receive your returned item, item will be inspected and we will provide you with an update on your refund or exchange via email. Please allow 30 days for your request to be processed.
